| TOUR/ALTERATION/REVISION: $100.00 per person, for any revision/alteration of tour arrangements. LAND TRANSPORTATION: Depending on group size, by private car, van, minibus, or motor coach. TOUR DEPARTURE: All land and land/cruise programs are operated as mentioned in each program. Sequence of destinations and ites may change from the order given in each program. All Nile Cruise and Land Programs listed in brochure/web-site may be altered for any reason or reasons beyond Operator control, such as water level affected by bridges opening and locks. Some of the sites listed in your program might be closed at time of your visit which is totally controlled by the local authorities. Cancellations, delays and overbooking may occur on air tickets, cruises, and land reservations by the participating carriers, hotels and cruise ships. Operator will do everything possible to avoid such inconveniences, it cannot, and will not assume responsibility for the respective carriers, hotels and Nile cruise ships. | MANAGEMENT & REPONSIBILITY: Tours & Travel Dimensions, Inc. acts as an agent in making and securing all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and accommodation for the tour concerned. Tours & Travel Dimensions does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. Tickets, coupons, and receipts issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. By accepting the tickets and vouchers you agree (and your parents or guardian if you are a minor) that neither Tours & Travel Dimensions, Inc. or any of its representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown of your equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation, changes in schedule or services, to substitute airlines, accommodation or to cancel any tour at its own discretion in which case the sole liability of Tours & Travel Dimensions, Inc. towards the client shall be a refund of money paid. No employee of Tours & Travel Dimensions, Inc. can change the terms under which you agree to participate in tours. Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time you are not on board their aircraft. The passage contract in use by the airlines involved when issued constitutes the sole agreement between you and them, and in purchasing a passage contract as part of this tour the participants ( and your parents or guardians if you are a minor) acknowledge and accepts the foregoing conditions. Tours & Travel Dimensions, Inc. reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such person’s health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour and the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other passengers. No refund, if, for any technical reasons, passengers were not able to visit any of the sights, due to bad weather, flight cancellations, or any other reasons. If Egypt Air, the local airlines of Egypt, could not accommodate passengers to Aswan, Luxor, Abu Simbel, or any other destination for any given reason or circumstances, the train will be used as substitution. | |
| RELEASE OF LIABILITY: During tours certain risks and dangers may arise; including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas, travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means, the forces of nature, political unrest and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuations or medical facilities. If medical care is necessary, Tours & Travel Dimensions, Inc. is not liable for the provision or medical care nor the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. These risks are dangers that may lead to death, injury, delay, loss, damage or change of itinerary. As consideration for participating in any of the tour programs with Tours & Travel Dimensions, Inc., all participants hereby release Tours & Travel Dimensions, Inc. and its employees from any liability for all claims and actions that tour participants may have for bodily injury, death, property damage, or other economic loss arising from any participation in the tour. All tour participants are voluntarily participating in the tour program with the knowledge of the dangers involved and hereby agree to accept the risks associated with tour. This release of liability and assumption of risk agreement is entered into on behalf of all members of participant’s family, including any minors accompanying tour participants. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representative and assigns. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Upon acceptance of tour participant application, this agreement shall be deemed to have entered into and to be performed at Manhattan, New York City, and shall be constructed according to the laws of the State of New York. In the unlikely event of a legal dispute should arise, all tour participants agree that any legal actions shall be brought exclusively before the appropriate State Court of the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York City or Federal Court in Manhattan, New York City. | |
| REFUNDS: Cannot be made for missed sightseeing trips, transfers, tours, and/or unused hotel & cruise accommodations, and missed meals due to late flight arrival, departure, or any other reasons. All claims for refund should be made in writing, registered mail, and within 1 week of termination of tour. Any claims received after 1 week will be disregarded due to the fact that all accounts have already been settled. | |
