The mother city, Cape Town, is the oldest city in South Africa. Founded in 1652 as a victualing station for ships on their way to make their fortunes in the spice trade, it has grown into one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The Peninsula contains Cape Town, Table Bay Harbour, fishing villages, several nature preserves and a marine drive. We recommend you stay at least a few days to explore this fascinating and beautiful area.
Known as the "Holiday City", Durban enjoys a warm sub-tropical climate, perfect for sunbathing on golden beaches along the blue Indian Ocean. The Port of Durban is a large and important harbor, connecting South Africa to the rest of the world, making Durban an interesting combination of eastern, western and African cultures.
The city of gold and diamonds, Johannesburg, started as a goldmining town and has grown to be a leading cosmopolitan center, the largest city in South Africa and the third-largest on the African continent. Johannesburg has a large selection of restaurants, cinemas, theaters, and jazz night clubs.
Fly into Kruger National Park to experience the best in gameviewing in a park the size of Massachusetts. Lose yourself from civilization and enter the world of untamed wilderness preserved by dedicated conservationists. Kruger contains hundreds of animal species. Lion, elephant, giraffe, crocodile, baboon, zebra and a variety of beautiful birds can easily be seen in a single day.
